This week, we are welcoming five new caregivers to the Home Instead family! Their journey with us begins with training to make sure they have what it takes to provide the best home care in Birmingham, AL.
During orientation, our new caregivers received hands-on training in mobility assistance, personal care, dementia support, and the safe use of home care tools. This training equips caregivers to uphold the high standards Home Instead has for our team. Every detail matters when it comes to providing comfort, safety, and companionship to our clients.
