At Home Instead, we’re always looking for ways to support events within the senior community, especially for those living with dementia. Events like Memory Café are a welcoming space for seniors and their loved ones to socialize with others who understand their journey.
We were honored to attend Buckeye, AZ's very first Memory Café as part of Dementia Friendly Buckeye. With 21 participants and 23 volunteers, the event was a huge success. Caregivers and loved ones living with dementia enjoyed coffee, pastries, and a supportive community.
