At Home Instead, our team is on a constant search for resources that keep older adults healthy and happy. Daly City’s Congregate Nutrition Program is something you check out, as it continues to make an impact for local seniors.
This community-centered lunch program is open to everyone 60 and older, regardless of income or ability to donate. Meals are served Monday through Friday at four local centers. For eligible participants, there’s a $3 voluntary contribution, and guests may join for $7. Reservations are required.
