Are you ready to make a real difference in the lives of seniors? Home Instead is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Client Care Coordinator to join our Torrance team. In this vital role, you’ll combine your clinical background and relationship skills to ensure clients receive exceptional, personalized in-home care.

What You’ll Do

  • Meet with prospective clients and families to assess care needs and develop customized Plans of Care.
  • Conduct service inquiries, care consultations, and quality assurance visits.
  • Coordinate with staff and Care Professionals to ensure seamless, high-quality service.
  • Assist clients in navigating long-term care insurance benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and healthcare partners.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation, including occasional weekends, to ensure continuity of care.

What We’re Looking For

  • CNA, LVN, or clinical experience strongly preferred.
  • At least one year of experience working with older or dependent adults.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and insurability.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience a plus.
