Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and compassionate patient care, ensuring the comfort and safety of clients.

• Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, and meal preparation.

• Implement care plans tailored to individual client’s needs.

• Support clients with mobility and transfers.

• Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being to enhance their quality of life

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, adhering to health and safety protocols.

• Document care provided and any relevant observations accurately

Experience

• Previous experience in home community care, long-term care, or memory care is preferred, but not necessary.

• Experience in cooking nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs is a plus.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for providing care and support to others.
