Jared and Erica Wagner, Owners
Jared and Erica come from a background of strong work ethic. Both met in Colorado after moving here from the mid-west. Jared has a long history in operations working years in supply chain and logistics. Erica is a Registered Dietitian and worked in hospitals throughout the Denver area and years with a Home Health company in Northern Colorado.
During their free time they love spending time with their two little kids, Grayson who is 5 years old and Lennon who is 3. Of course, it wouldn't be right to not mention their "first born" chocolate lab named Charlie.
Both coming from small towns, they know the importance of taking care of those around you. They currently reside in Castle Rock, Colorado and feel it is important to live within the community they serve.

Outside of work, Nathan enjoys camping in Colorado’s great outdoors, traveling to catch up with friends, and playing the guitar to unwind. He brings that same thoughtful and positive energy into everything he does at Home Instead.

Andrea DeMattia, Service Coordinator
Andrea was born and raised in Boston, MA. She has been married 28 years and has 4 beautiful kids. She became a Care Professional in 2016 because she felt she could make a difference for those in need.
While working for Home Instead in Massachusetts, she felt compelled to continue working with the company. Her husband received a promotion in 2022, and they moved to Colorado. Fortunately, she was able to transfer to the Castle Rock office and continued working as a Care Professional.
In 2023, she was moved into the office to share her knowledge with others.
As the Service Coordinator, she is responsible for strategically aligning the right clients with the most suitable care professionals to ensure their individual needs are met. This includes managing and adjusting schedules with precision and flexibility to maintain seamless service delivery.

Kanoi Oili, On-Call Coordinator
Kanoi began her journey with Home Instead in 2011 as a Caregiver, where she provided dedicated support to a long-term client for nearly two years. Recognizing her commitment and expertise, she was soon offered the On-Call Support position, assisting both clients and Care Professionals during after-hours. Kanoi values this role as it allows her to apply her healthcare knowledge while staying closely connected to the real-world experiences of caregivers in the field.
Her compassion for seniors was deeply influenced by her grandmother, who lived with her family and helped shape Kanoi’s heartfelt dedication to elder care.
When she’s not working, Kanoi enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and their three boys.
