The Home Instead of Lakeland team had a great time at the Community Senior Adult Health and Resource Fair at First Presbyterian Church of Lakeland! This event brought together seniors, caregivers, and local organizations to share resources and support for aging adults in our community. Attendees had the opportunity to explore a wide range of services from more than 50 exhibitors, all designed to promote health, independence, and well-being.
The event featured free health screenings, including balance, blood pressure, blood sugar, and BMI checks. Seniors also enjoyed complimentary chair massages, learned about no-cost captioned phones for those who qualify and received essential information on aging-related services in Polk County.
