At Home Instead, we support seniors in our community year-round through various programs, like Be a Santa to a Senior or Walk to End Alzheimer's. One of our favorite traditions is delivering Valentine’s Day cards to local senior communities.
We invite individuals, schools, and organizations to participate by creating, buying, or writing cards to brighten a senior’s day. Our office also has a card-making station for anyone who wants to make a Valentine in person!
This year, we’ve been overwhelmed by the generosity of our community. Organizations like RSVP Polk, AmeriCorps Seniors, AUS Senior Living at Bartow, and Strawberry Crest FFA crafted beautiful cards, along with many other individuals and groups throughout Lakeland, FL.
HUGE thank you to everyone who took the time to create and donate Valentines! As we strive to provide the best home care in Lakeland, FL, we will continue to show local seniors how much we appreciate them.
