Tammie Fearon, District Director, onboard since 2017
As District Direct, Tammie oversees the labyrinth of scheduling, intricate billing and payroll cycles, and the day to day operations of Home Instead. Her favorite quote from Mark Twain is, “If you tell the truth, you don’t have to remember anything”. Tammie enjoys spending time with her family and crafting.

Michelle Duke, Human Resource Manager, onboard since 2021
As HR Manager, Michelle oversees all aspects of caregiver onboarding, accountability and compliance. Michelle is a wife of 32 years, married to her best friend, mother of three beautiful adult daughters and grandmother to two precious grandchildren. Her hobbies include thrifting, crafting, and spending time with her family.

Kaylin Roddenberry, Client Care Manager, onboard since 2022
In her role as Client Care Manager, Kaylin handles all client issues and strives to maintain the best customer service. She works closely with the client services team to ensure all client service needs are met. Kaylin enjoys reading, listening to true crime podcasts and spending time with friends and family. She has an associates degree in English and her favorite holiday is Halloween.

Jessica Santos, Service Coordinator, onboard since 2021
Jessica began her career as a caregiver with Home Instead. In her role as District Service Coordinator, Jessica assists clients and their families by working to fill shifts with Care Pros based on skill sets and personalities. She likes to work with the are pros individually to ensure she is meeting both the clients and care pros needs. Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband and son. When she is not spending time with her family, Jessic enjoys playing with her dog, Nova, and her cat, Ella. Jessica is compassionate and has a helpful personality. She enjoys the little things in life like taking in the beautiful scenery that surrounds her to enjoying a simple cup of coffee.

Lisa VanAuken, HR Coordinator, onboard since 2023
As HR Coordinator, Lisa is responsible for recruitment and retention of our care professionals. She oversees the hiring process, from start to finish. She is married and has three adult children, 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. In her spare time, Lisa has her own business and works on planning her retirement.

Brenda Fenty Jones, Registered Nurse
In her role as RN, Brenda completes the skills verification assessments at orientation and works with our care pros to ensure we are matching the right care pros with the right clients. Brenda is very active in her church and community and loves helping seniors.

Cece Friskey, RN Case Manager, onboard since 2021
In her role as RN Case Manager, Cece determines the skill level of our caregivers and ensures they are matched correctly with our clients. She conducts the skills verification assessments for our caregivers and works with training and engagement to document the changes in our care pros level of skills. Cece’s goal is to provide the highest quality of care and safety for our clients. When Cece is not working, she enjoys reading, hiking, puzzles, painting and photography. She also enjoys interacting with her eclectic and wildly challenging family.

Cheryle Southhall, Receptionist, onboard since 2018
Cheryle began her career with Home Instead as a caregiver. She then moved into the receptionist role. She answers our phone and ensures the caller is directed to the right person. In her spare time, Cheryle enjoys reading and spending time with her grandchildren, who are six and eight years old. She also enjoys antique shopping.

Karen Dagen, Receptionist, onboard since 2019
Karyn began as a caregiver at Home Instead. She then moved into the receptionist position. She answers our phones and ensures the caller is directed to the appropriate person. Karyn has a husband of 57 years, three sisters and lots of Godchildren, nieces and nephews. In her spare time, she enjoys knitting, gardening, animal care, (cats and cows), signing with the community choir and church.

Allison Palumbo, onboard since 2024, Home Care Consultant
As the Home Care Consultant, Allison is responsible for our marketing efforts in both of our territories. Allison is married with two grown children and seven grandchildren. She enjoys reading and traveling.
