Senior Care Consultant / Care Coach - Lead, Coach and Deliver Exceptional Home Care

Overview

We're looking for an experienced caregiver, CNA, or LPN to join our team as a Senior Care Consultant / Care Mentor. This is a client and caregiver facing role where you'll mentor caregivers, support seniors in their homes, and ensure high-quality care.

If you thrive on coaching others, observing and responding to client needs, and building meaningful relationships, this role is perfect for you.

What You'll Do:

• Mentor and train caregivers in person and remotely.
• Conduct Client QA visits to ensure care quality and proper caregiver-client matches.
• Meet confidently with clients and families to build trust.
• Evaluate caregiver performance and provide feedback.
• Document visits, assessments, and interactions accurately.
• Assist with office duties and phone support as needed.
• Occasionally provide direct care to clients to fill shifts.

What We're Looking For:

• CNA, LPN, or experienced caregiver background.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or training others.
• Ability to observe client needs and ensure care plans are followed.
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Compassion for working with seniors and individuals with complex care needs.
• Professionalism, discretion, and confidence in client-facing situations.
