Job Summary:
The Lead Caregiver is responsible for conducting regular quality assurance visits to ensure clients are receiving the highest standard of care and services. This role also serves as a floater caregiver, filling in for open shifts as needed to maintain continuity of care. The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, and committed to upholding company care standards and supporting the caregiving team
Perform scheduled quality assurance visits to client homes to monitor caregiver performance and client satisfaction.
Complete QA visit reports and promptly communicate concerns or follow-up items to the care management team.
Serve as a fill-in/floater caregiver, providing direct care when regular staff are unavailable.
Observe and report changes in client conditions or care needs.
Mentor and support caregivers to ensure compliance with care plans, policies, and best practices.
Assist with onboarding and training of new caregivers when applicable.
Maintain accurate documentation and timely communication with the office.
Uphold client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
Typical Caregiver Shift
Your shift will start with traveling to the home of your assigned client. Client needs vary, so we match Care Professionals’ skills to the clients' needs. You may be asked to do light housekeeping, companionship, outings, medical appointments, showers, toileting, medication reminders, dressing, grooming, oral care, escorting, transferring, or any other ADL or IADL according to the client’s needs. You will NOT be asked to do skilled nursing tasks like administering medications, injections, wound care, or therapy.
Experience
CNA preferred but not required.Pay
- $16 - 18 per hour

Requirements
- Authorized to work in the United States and 18 years or older
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Reliable transportation with proof of registration and insurance
- Ability to lift 25 lbs or more
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Ability to pass a background screen
