Ally Sheridan, Regional General Manager

Ally is a seasoned home care professional with over 15 years of experience in a variety of roles. Her deep and genuine connection with seniors has been the driving force behind her career in home care. Ally draws from her past experiences across the home care industry to successfully lead her team of dedicated professionals. She is passionate about ensuring positive experiences for everyone involved, from clients and their families to the caregivers themselves. Ally never grows tired of listening to heart-warming stories describing how our Care Pros have improved the quality of life for those we serve and provided peace of mind to families. Ally is a solutions-oriented problem solver. With a keen eye for detail, creative and open mindset, and a fearless persistence, Ally will continue to “pivot” until she’s satisfied with the outcome. This enables her to foster a collaborative environment with her team, encouraging their input to find the best solutions. When she's not working, Ally enjoys spending time with her family, staying active, and getting lost in a good jigsaw puzzle.
