Nikki grew up with a caregiver heart as she started her journey taking care of her grandma. As a young mother she taught her boys the importance of treating their elders with dignity and respect. As a Home Instead owner, Nikki brings 25+ years of experience with older adult care and uses her passion to lead her team with positivity, faith, and a strong foundation of a family orientated culture.

Nikki knows how important it is to find the best care for your loved one which means it is essential to have high-quality home care provided by professional and compassionate caregivers. Our Home Instead team provides you with compatibility and personalized care plans for you or your loved one and will continue to be a trusted resource for your journey.

As the Business Development Advisor, Kyle brings over 20 years of community support to help guide you and your loved one on the right path of your journey. Kyle is enthusiastic about finding the right resources and is a trusted advisor in home care. Our team supports Kyle’s mission by working together to bring the quality care pros to meet the needs of our clients.

Kyle welcomes new business owners as an ambassador for the Troy/Maryville/St. Jacob/Marine Chamber of Commerce and connects current residents with valuable resources to enhance their lives. Kyle’s love for fishing and playing his guitar is always a good icebreaker when talking about the challenges we face as aging adults! Candice McElyea brings more than 15 years of experience in the medical field to her role as Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator in home care and has been with Home Instead for 4 years. Her passion for senior care is both professional and deeply personal. After caring for her grandfather, who had dementia, and her grandmother, who experienced multiple strokes and cognitive decline, Candice developed a lasting commitment to ensuring older adults receive the compassionate, consistent care they deserve.

At the heart of Candice’s work is a dedication to building strong caregiving teams who feel supported, valued, and prepared. She understands that when care pros thrive, clients receive the highest quality of care. Through thoughtful recruitment and ongoing engagement, Candice plays a vital role in helping older adults live safely and comfortably at home—while also protecting the well-being of the care pros who serve them.

Jessica has served as a service coordinator at Home Instead since 2024 and enjoys fulfilling the clients’ desired hours for care along with matching the needs of each care pro. She possesses a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Management from Southern Illinois University and has a strong background in customer service. Jessica is dedicated to ensuring that every match between care professionals and clients results in positive outcomes for all parties involved. In her personal time, she enjoys engaging in outdoor activities such as hiking and camping and values spending time with her family.

Crissy chose to be a part of our Home Instead family in 2024 as a care pro because she shared our core values. As she delivered professional and compassionate care to her clients, Crissy now uses her skills as the Client Care Advisor to ensure each client has a personalized care plan that meets their daily needs. Crissy collaborates with our team to match the client’s needs with a reliable and professional team of care pros. She has a heart to help make our clients’ quality of life better and assist the family caregiver with the support they need each day. Crissy’s goal is to bring a smile to each client’s face as they know we genuinely care about their journey.
