I’ve been with Home Instead for over 15 years, and it’s been such a rewarding experience helping seniors stay in the comfort of their own homes. I joined back in 2008 looking for a career that would truly make a difference, and I’ve found exactly that. Over the years, I’ve built experience in employee relations and customer service, which has helped me create a strong team and ensure our clients get the best care possible. I’m proud to work alongside such amazing caregivers, and I’m committed to providing top-notch care and support for the families we serve.

As a committed professional at Home Instead, I focus on recruiting and retention, making sure new caregivers have a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience. From the initial application to orientation and training, I’m there to guide them every step of the way. I’m passionate about ensuring every caregiver gets the training and support they need to not just meet but exceed our high standards of care. Building strong relationships and creating a positive experience for our caregivers is important to me because it helps us build a team that truly reflects our mission and values—and provides the best care possible to those who depend on us.

For almost four years, I’ve been lucky to be part of the Home Instead family, starting my journey as a caregiver. That experience gave me a unique perspective on the care we provide and just how important it is for the seniors we serve. My passion for helping the elderly has only grown over time—I love learning from their wisdom and hearing the incredible stories they have to share. What means the most to me is helping them stay in the comfort of their own homes and maintain their independence. I’m so grateful to do work that truly makes a difference, and I’m dedicated to supporting them every step of the way.

I am a dedicated healthcare professional with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and over seven years of experience in the medical and dental fields. As a Scheduler at Home Instead, I use my organizational and communication skills to find the perfect match between caregivers and clients. My goal is to ensure that clients receive the best care possible while fostering meaningful and positive connections between caregivers and families. I also collaborate closely with our 24/7 on-call support team to make sure clients always have what they need and receive seamless care at all times. I’m passionate about healthcare and patient advocacy, and I love knowing that my work helps make a real difference in people’s lives. Building strong relationships and seeing those connections thrive is what makes this role so rewarding.
