It’s always an honor to share special moments with our local community partners, and we love coming up with creative ways to make those connections even sweeter. When National Pancake Day rolled around last Friday, the Home Instead team jumped at the chance to make it special for seniors!
Thanks to a kind invitation from Enhabit Home Health & Hospice, we spent the morning at Primrose Retirement Community of Newburgh, helping to serve stacks of warm pancakes and refreshing juice to residents and staff. Everyone got to personalize their pancakes with strawberries, blueberries, syrup, and whipped cream, creating a breakfast as impressive as the people who enjoyed it.
