Liz Ficarra 2024 final

Liz Ficarra

I have been in home care as a general manager for over 20 years and moved to Indiana to be an integral part of my granddaughters life. I am a passionate advocate and foster for dogs in need of a stable home. I have a gift for connecting with families and have a deep understanding of caregiving and what it entails. My empathy runs deep, and I love to bring a smile or laugh to anyone I speak with. Dementia training and advocacy is a huge part of my passion for older adults. Training caregivers and families to interpret nonverbal communication with dementia brings great satisfaction to my life. Supporting those who strive to maintain their independence through dementia enrichment and safety awareness. This helps families have peace of mind and relief in the most stressful of situations and remind them they are not alone. It is so fulfilling to work with a group of remarkably competent people who do their jobs and work as a cohesive team. It is my honor to be part of the Home Instead Family.
