Carmel, IN Notable Event Origami for Adults at the Library

While searching for activities to highlight for our senior community, we came across a creative event at the Carmel Clay Public Library. For those who love crafting, this origami workshop could be a great way to spend the evening.

On Thursday, September 25, from 6 to 7pm, the library will host Origami for Adults in Meeting Room A at the Main Branch (425 E Main Street). You will learn to fold an origami crane (Orizuru), a symbol of peace and hope. Beginners are welcome, and all materials will be provided. Registration is required, and you can reserve a spot on the Origami for Adults Event Page.

We love spotlighting events like this because they offer fun ways for older adults to engage with others in our community. At Home Instead, we strive to support families and provide the best home care in Carmel, IN, while encouraging seniors to explore local activities that may even teach them something new.
