Home Instead is looking for caring and compassionate Care Pros that live in St. Landry Parish.
Client resides in Church Point and is bed bound. Must be able to operate Hoyer lift. Needs assistance with bathing and dressing, getting in and out of bed. Client has one dog and one cat in the home.
Pay: $12.00/ HR

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Companionship and conversation
• Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
• Medication and appointment reminders
• Ability to care for a bed bound client
• Ability to safely operate and use Hoyer lift
• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and compassionate manner
• Possess a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance (required if driving client)
• Pass a drug screening
• Pass nation wide background check
