Your Key Responsibilities:
? Build Relationships: Develop and nurture relationships with referral sources like hospitals, physicians, and assisted living facilities.
? Drive Sales Goals: Achieve inquiry generation objectives and increase market share through consultative sales processes.
? Plan and Execute: Develop weekly and monthly sales and marketing plans in conjunction with leadership.
? Brand Ambassador: Represent Home Instead services effectively to referral providers with both individual meetings and group presentations.
? Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of sales and prospecting activities to maximize territory potential.
? Lead Generation: Develop a database of qualified leads through cold calling, emails, and networking.

Secondary Responsibilities:
? Client Connections: Conduct client/Care Professional introductions and quality assurance visits as needed.
? Community Involvement: Engage in various PR strategies to enhance brand visibility.

What You Need to Succeed:
? Educational Background: Associate's degree preferred.
? Sales Experience: Proven track record in business or sales, consultative sales experience a plus.
? Driving Requirement: Must possess a valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and active auto insurance in your name.
? Skills for Success: Strong communication, organizational skills, professionalism, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
