My husband and I had a great experience with Home Instead. Due to a rushed discharge from rehab, I needed assistance asap to bring my husband home. Home Instead was the only agency willing to accommodate my situation. Jay met with us at the nursing home on the day of discharge to do all the necessary paperwork work. The next day we had a care giver. Our first experience was with Meriem, she knew exactly how to handle his care. She got us through a couple of difficult months. After a short period of time we were blessed with three consistent care givers, Marie, Elvira and Michaela. Thanks to their exceptional caring skills, my bed ridden husband was finally mobile. I highly recommend Home Instead they go above and beyond to accommodate your needs and to find the best match for your loved one.

I cannot express how happy I am with the entire team from Home Instead that are helping me with the care of my 90 year old mother. Management, office support, and the inhouse caregivers all exceeded expectations. One inhouse caregiver "Jenn" always went well above and beyond what I expected. From the time she arrived till the time she left she would not only care for my mother but would completely clean the house. She would do laundry, wash floors, vacuum, and whatever else needed attention. While doing the "chores" she was always engaged with my mother. She is FANTASTIC.
