Michaela joined Home Instead Norwell in 2005 as a Care Professional and quickly became a key member of our team. Within two years, she transitioned to the Senior Staff Coordinator position and later took on the role of On-Call Coordinator, where she oversees Care Pro and client schedules. Even with a packed schedule, Michaela continues to provide the best home care in Norwell, MA.
