June 2025 Care Professional of the Month: Frederick.
We are thrilled to recognize Freddy as our June Care Professional of the Month! His unwavering dedication and heartfelt commitment to those he serves make him an invaluable member of the Home Instead team. Freddy shares, “I find it incredibly gratifying to help others, which is why I love working here. I really don’t get stressed at work because I truly enjoy caring for my clients. It’s rewarding to be there for them—many of them feel lonely at times, and it means a lot to simply be present and supportive.”
Freddy’s compassion shines in the strong relationships he builds with his clients, whether he's providing elder care, dementia care, or essential respite care. He fondly recalls, “One of my favorite memories with a client is going to Sam’s Club every Monday and Wednesday to get frozen yogurt. He absolutely loves it and would look forward to it every time. It’s those small, joyful moments that make this work so meaningful.”
When asked for advice, Freddy keeps it simple yet impactful: “Always be patient and make all your clients feel very comfortable.”
