Block Schedules Available:

• Morning: 8AM–12PM

• Afternoon: 1PM–5PM

• Evening: 5PM–9PM

• Occasional Overnight: 10PM–8AM

Your Role as a Care Professional:

• Provide personalized, hands-on care including bathing, toileting, grooming, and dressing

• Support with meal planning, preparation, and feeding

• Offer medication reminders or assist with medications per RN guidance

• Assist with mobility, transfers, and safety monitoring

• Offer emotional support, companionship, and meaningful engagement

• Collaborate with the care team and keep care plans updated

• Always uphold the dignity and rights of each client

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year caregiving experience preferred (aging adult care or similar setting)

• Experience in healthcare or home care a plus

• Knowledge of basic health and personal care practices

• Understanding of resident rights and care standards

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable

• Able to work independently or as part of a care team

• Valid Driver’s License and reliable, insured vehicle required

• Must pass MDHS background check

Schedule Options:

• 4 Hour Shifts that provide flexibility, connection and opportunity to build a schedule that fits your life (12-40 hours/week)

• Mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekday, weekends and occasional overnight shifts available
