I am blessed to be a team member and owner of Home Instead, St. Joseph & Maryville, MO. We are enhancing lives every day by delivering genuine, quality care with the greatest Care Professionals and Administrative Staff in NW Missouri.We build and maintain relationships by doing what we say we are going to do and treating everyone with dignity and respect.

Andrea joined Home Instead in May 2023 & is excited to grow and make connections within the community! As the Director of Growth & Development, it is her responsibility to successfully direct and coordinate all activities for growth and development of the business. Her position serves as a Home Care Consultant, as well as a Client Care Coordinator. Andrea is originally from Bethany, Missouri and has relocated to the Maryville area. Andrea enjoys listening to true crime podcasts, watching movies, and spending time with friends and family. In her spare time, she likes to travel as much as possible and hopes to see more of the world. 

Heather joined Home Instead in 2021. As the Director of Talent & People Development, she makes an instant connection with our new Care Professionals. Heather facilitates our initial orientation and training sessions, as well as ongoing education for our Care Pros and administrative staff. Building and nurturing relationships through regular touch points is at the heart of it all. Heather ensures that our Care Pro Experience is meaningful and rewarding.

Originally from Saint Joseph, Heather lives here with her husband of twenty years and four children.  She enjoys photography, reading, spending time with family and friends and traveling, whenever possible. 

Deanna is our Client Care Manager, which means she works with older adults, their families and team members to coordinate and optimize all aspects of care. She conducts Care Consultations with older adults and family members. She makes introductions of older adults and Care Professionals and she performs Quality Assurance visits and calls. Deanna also maintains ongoing communication and follow-up with older adults, Care Professionals, family members and health care providers, to ensure a positive experience for all.

Tara Stevenson joined the Home Instead team in May of 2021 as a Registered Nurse. She comes with extensive experience in a primary care setting and as a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. Tara plans to expand clinical and educational opportunities of staff and Care Professionals. Tara is married and has 3 teenage boys. She enjoys art, music, and gardening in her spare time.

Natasha joined the Home Instead team in July 2024. Her caring demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to problem solve made her a perfect fit to join our office staff. As the Office Coordinator, Natasha has many primary focuses such as managing our clients and Caregiver schedules to ensure that each client receives quality services. Taking great pride in matching clients and Caregivers with similar interests and personalities. Also, overseas the recruitment and engagement of Caregivers through the hiring process and job. Natasha has amazing insight when it comes to hiring compassionate, trustworthy individuals, and understanding the needs of each Caregiver. Her goal is to recruit, retain, and train the best Caregivers in NW Missouri to ensure we deliver top-quality care for your loved ones!
