Sid Jay, Owner
In 2003, Sid recognized the growing need for non-medical home care for seniors. He believed Home Instead was the clear choice based on the support and quality of services. Leaving a twenty-year career in color physics and technical management, Sid started Home Instead in Concord to provide service in Cabarrus and Rowan counties. Finding and training top-quality care providers and staff was the key to becoming the leading home-care agency in the area. This and the growing need for care continues today.

Tracy L. LaBolt, General Manager
Tracy’s background is in marketing, business development, sales and management. She earned her degree in Automotive Marketing at Northwood University in Midland, Michigan. Tracy began her career in a high-volume multi-line auto dealership and made her way to a hospital-owned home health, palliative care, hospice and home care entity in Ohio. Her decision to switch career paths developed when her parent’s health deteriorated. She saw a personal need within her own family dynamics that required outside care. Tracy joined Home Instead because of their outstanding reputation as a leader in the home care industry. She is humbled to have the privilege to work for and with a group of people that truly want to make a difference in the lives of Seniors!
