Home Instead of Kannapolis is proud to support those living with Alzheimer’s and their families through compassionate in-home care and standing beside them in the community. For example, each year we join the Alzheimer’s Association’s Walk to End Alzheimer’s, the world’s largest event dedicated to raising awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care.
This year’s Rowan-Cabarrus Walk to End Alzheimer’s was filled with energy, hope, and purpose as hundreds of walkers gathered to honor loved ones and support the fight against Alzheimer’s. The Home Instead team participated in the walk and set up a booth at the event, meeting with families to share resources and information about the best Alzheimer’s care in Kannapolis, NC. Our caregivers support individuals living with dementia and their families.
The Rowan-Cabarrus walk is still just shy of its fundraising goal of $95,000, so there’s still time to make a difference!
