Bob and Kathryn
Franchise Owners
Home Instead Senior Care has been serving the greater Fayetteville area since 2006. Bob and Kathryn McCarthy became the new owners in December 2015, purchasing the business from its original owners.
Together, Bob and Kathryn (aka Bobkat) bring a strong set of complimentary skills and experience to Home Instead Senior Care. Bob is well versed in business, having been a Vice President for two Fortune 500 companies and Kathryn has been a licensed physical therapist for over 20 years. Both of them are active in the business – don't be surprised if one of them answers your phone call or is manning the front desk when you visit the office!
Bob and Kathryn are the proud parents of two girls who are both now in college. In his spare time Bob likes to fly airplanes, while Kathryn enjoys reading and traveling to visit friends and family.
Together Bob and Kathryn are committed to making sure Home Instead Senior Care continues to be a trusted community partner, providing the excellent level of care that our community's seniors and their families expect and deserve.

Corrie, Client Care Coordinator & Marketing
Corrie is with our clients, whose last name begins with letters L-Z, throughout their time with Home Instead. She ensures our Care Professionals have the information they need to do their jobs effectively and that our clients receive the best care possible. She loves being a part of her client's journey and is honored to assist during a time in their lives when it matters the most. She also has her hands in Marketing in the community.
Fun facts about Corrie: She is a 22 year Breast Cancer Survivor, loves spending time with her 2 boys and fur-babies, is a beach lover, grew up on an island in Florida and her parents live on a sailboat.

Roseann, R.N., Care Professional Trainer
Roseann is one of the fantastic nurses we have on staff! You will often see her training our Care Professionals, she excels at equipping them with the knowledge they need to successfully serve our clients. Rose teams up with the Client Care department to ensure that clients with the last names starting with letters A-K are receiving proper care. She loves her job and has a passion for the seniors in our community.
Fun facts about Roseann: She is an avid pickleball player and is passionate about spending time with her family.

Sara, R.N., Client Care Manager
Sara makes sure that our Client Care Department is running smoothly. She teams up with our Client Care Coordinators to update Plans of Care for clients L-Z and maintains strong relationships with client family members. Sara enjoys making a difference in the lives of our clients and training our new Care Professionals.
Fun facts about Sara: Sara can often be found spending time with her two golden retriever "fur-babies" or her kids and grandchildren. She truly loves to help people whether physically or emotionally.

Patrice, Recruiting and Retention Coordinator
Patrice's job in our human resources department involves the hiring and training of our amazing Care Professionals. She loves being a part of the professional development of others and feels it's a joy to help Care Profesionals learn different approaches to balancing work and life.
Fun facts about Patrice: She loves shopping, traveling and decorating, and she enjoys doing fun things with her children.

Tammy, Scheduling Manager
Tammy works to oversee the matching of clients with Care Professionals. She works hard to make sure all clients and Care Professionals are happy with their schedules. Tammy enjoys hearing from clients when she has successfully matched them with a Care Professionals.
Fun facts about Tammy: She loves to relax by going fishing with her dad. Tammy previously lived in Chicago and worked for the Bears, Cubs, and Blackhawks sports teams! She has acquired quite the collection of autographs from athletes she met while on the job.

Joyce, Accounting Manager
Joyce handles all of the invoicing, billing and payroll for the company. Her favorite aspect of the job is knowing that she is helping our clients by ensuring that business runs smoothly.
Fun facts about Joyce: She loves her family, friends and especially spending time with her sons and 5 grandsons'. Joyce enjoys attending church and being involved in all activities. She used to do all the cooking in her household, but Joyce has since trained and promoted her husband to Head Chef. She has also been white water rafting!

Kerstyn, Office Assistant
Kerstyn was once the first face you saw at the front desk walking into Home Instead. She now assists Joyce behind the scenes while going to school, ensuring all shift information is accurate.
Fun facts about Kerstyn: She just graduated with a degree in Dental Hygiene. When she is not working or going to school, she loves spending time with her family and fur-babies!

Bayley, Operations Manager
Bayley is the Operations Manager at Home Instead, she ensures our team has the support, resources, and guidance they need to provide the highest quality care to our clients and their families. She keeps the big picture in mind to ensure operations run smoothly and productively while fostering a welcoming environment where caregivers feel valued and clients feel truly cared for every day.
Fun facts about Bayley: Bayley loves gardening vegetables and flowers, especially rare roses! She’s also an avid baker using freshly milled flour and enjoys cooking authentic Italian and French dishes for her family

Savana, Client Care Coordinator
Savana is with our clients, whose last name begins with letters A-K, throughout their time with Home Instead. She ensures our Care Professionals have the information they need to do their jobs effectively and that our clients receive the best care possible. She loves giving her clients and their families, the comfort and peace of mind, knowing that they have a team of people they can count on.
Fun facts about Savana: She likes to sing and is the Karaoke Queen, travel and is a natural when it comes to Cornhole.

Lisa, Care Support Coordinator
Lisa is the first face you see when you come to Home Instead. She assists in many ways from welcoming guests, taking calls, helping the R&R team and is often out at the homes of our clients. Lisa loves the team spirit in the office and working with those in need.
Fun facts about Lisa: She loves Apple Pie à la Mode, but not apples and Banana Pudding, but not bananas.

Bry, R.N., Care Pro Trainer & Care Coordinator
Bry is one of the amazing nurses we have on staff. You will often see her training our Care Professionals, equipping them with the knowledge they need to successfully serve our clients. Bry teams up with the Client Care department to ensure that clients with the last names starting with letters A-K are receiving proper care. She loves working with Home Instead because it’s deeply fulfilling to help seniors maintain their independence, stay in their homes, and remain connected to their community of friends and family. Supporting both our clients and our Care Pros is her passion. She enjoys building confidence in others so they can provide the compassionate, personalized care our seniors deserve.
Fun Fact: When I’m not coordinating care, you’ll likely find me paddleboarding with my two fur babies, cooking for friends and family, or exploring local nature trails.

Julie, Scheduler
Julie is our scheduler she matches clients and Care Pros to their needs.

Michaela, HR & Administrative Support Specialist
Michaela plays a vital role in supporting our Care Professionals and ensuring their needs are met from both the human resources and accounting perspectives. She serves as a key point of contact for payroll, benefits, scheduling, and HR support, helping to create a smooth and positive experience for our team members while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our processes.
Fun fact about Michaela: She loves being out in nature and spending time with her Grandmother. In her free time she is usually reading or writing, meditating, working out and going for walks in nature. Her favorite color is pink and she enjoys knitting, sewing, and watching movies and tv shows.
