Bob and Kathryn
Franchise Owners
Home Instead Senior Care has been serving the greater Fayetteville area since 2006. Bob and Kathryn McCarthy became the new owners in December 2015, purchasing the business from its original owners.
Together, Bob and Kathryn (aka Bobkat) bring a strong set of complimentary skills and experience to Home Instead Senior Care. Bob is well versed in business, having been a Vice President for two Fortune 500 companies and Kathryn has been a licensed physical therapist for over 20 years. Both of them are active in the business – don't be surprised if one of them answers your phone call or is manning the front desk when you visit the office!
Bob and Kathryn are the proud parents of two girls who are both now in college. In his spare time Bob likes to fly airplanes, while Kathryn enjoys reading and traveling to visit friends and family.
Together Bob and Kathryn are committed to making sure Home Instead Senior Care continues to be a trusted community partner, providing the excellent level of care that our community's seniors and their families expect and deserve.

Elvis
Company Mascot
Elvis is in charge of comedic relief and keeping a smile on everyone's face! He can often be found wandering the office looking for attention and any food scraps that found their way to the floor.
Fun facts about Elvis: He is a talented little fellow who knows many tricks! He can stand, spin, and rings a bell when he needs to go outside.

Corina, R.N.
Corina ensures that excellent care is provided to our clients. Corina visits clients in their homes to update their plans of care, and she verifies that the care we are providing best meets their needs.
Fun facts about Corina: Corina enjoys cooking and gardening when she isn't spending time with her family.

Joyce, Accounting Manager
Joyce handles all of the invoicing, billing and payroll for the company. Her favorite aspect of the job is knowing that she is helping our clients by ensuring that business runs smoothly.
Fun facts about Joyce: She loves her family, friends and especially spending time with her sons and 5 grandsons'. Joyce enjoys attending church and being involved in all activities. She used to do all the cooking in her household, but Joyce has since trained and promoted her husband to Head Chef. She has also been white water rafting!

Ashley, Marketing Director
Ashley is dedicated to connecting our community with the services and support they need. As Marketing Director, she ensures that families and clients understand how Home Instead can make a difference in their lives. Through strategic outreach and relationship-building, Ashley helps grow awareness of our mission while supporting our team in delivering exceptional care. Passionate about making a meaningful impact, Ashley loves working in marketing because it allows them to share stories, foster connections, and help more people access the care they deserve.
Fun facts about Ashley: She loves to travel, has been to all 50 states and several countries, she loves spending time with her family and once saved her daughter from a bear. Bears are still her favorite animals. She also enjoys impressionist art and sunflowers.

Michelle, Office Scheduler
I genuinely enjoy connecting with both our Care Pros and clients, and I find great fulfillment in matching the right Care Pro with each client’s unique needs. I treat every client and Care Pro with the same care and respect I would give my own family.
Outside of work, I cherish spending time with my family, especially my two wonderful grandchildren. I also enjoy fishing and relaxing at the beach.

Lori, HR Recruiter
Lori's job in our human resources department involves the hiring and training of our amazing CAREPRO'S. She loves being a part of an amazing organization. She took care of her ailing and aging parents for 10 years . She has first-hand experience of the Caregiving world.
Born and raised up north in Connecticut, she definitely prefers living in North Carolina. I love relaxing on the lake where I live, spending time with my husband and my dog (Joey).
