Gardening is a wonderful way for seniors to stay active. When we saw this local event, we knew it was something our community would love, so we wanted to spotlight it for seniors looking for something fun to do in September.
Bulbs in Your Backyard is a program presented by master gardener volunteers from the North Carolina Cooperative Extension, Forsyth County Center. You'll get to learn tips and tricks for planting bulbs and how to transform your yard into a space of beautiful blooms and a vibrant habitat for pollinators.
It's all happening at the Lewisville Branch Auditorium, 6490 Shallowford Road, on Wednesday, September 10th, from 10am to 11:30am. Registration is required so be sure to call 336-703-2940 or head to the Bulbs in Your Backyard Event Page to save your spot!
