Meet Our Team
We believe every family in the area deserves tailor made in-home senior care with a compassionate touch. That's why we established Home Instead® of Omaha, NE.

Carol Speckmann, Client Care Advisor
Carol joined Home Instead in 2017. She has three daughters, a son, and one granddaughter. After working part-time retail and homeschooling for 13 years, she was looking for a rewarding career. Carol's dedication to her clients is unmatched. She takes the time to get to know them and their families and strives to provide them with the best care possible. In her free time, Carol enjoys spending time with family and friends. In the fall and winter, she enjoys Husker football and basketball. In the summer, you’ll find her by the pool, on an outdoor walk, or on the back of her boyfriend’s Harley Davidson.

Courtney NG, Regional General Manager
