At Home Instead of Reno, we like to inform older adults and families of local programs and resources that can make life a little easier. Planning for the future can feel overwhelming, but events like the Family Estate Planning Series offer valuable advice to let some of the pressure off.
This free, seven-week workshop is designed to help people understand topics like wills and trusts, powers of attorney, executor duties, protecting digital assets, and long-term care planning. Sessions will be held every Wednesday from September 17th through October 29th at the Sierra View Library, 4001 S Virginia St. Participants can attend either the 10:30am or 1:30pm sessions and will even receive a comprehensive workbook to follow along.
Registration is required. To sign up, visit the Family Estate Planning Series Event Page, call the Community Foundation at 333-5499, or email Jamie Klund at [email protected].
