Angie Haynes, Community Outreach Coordinator

Previously serving as a Client Care Coordinator for franchise 124, Angie brings valuable experience and a deep understanding of the Home Instead mission. With a strong background in sales, Angie began her career selling radio advertising before transitioning into the senior care field, where she successfully built referral relationships for home health and hospice services with Ohio Living. Angie will now be supporting our 132 and 484 territories, combining her passion for connecting with families and her proven expertise in care coordination.

Sarah Schaefer, Client Care Coordinator

A proud Hilliard, OH native, Sarah brings a warm heart and strong sense of purpose to her role—shaped by the special bond she shared with her grandparents growing up. She has a deep passion for supporting older adults and feels right at home making meaningful in-person connections through quality assurance visits, introducing Care Professionals to clients, and helping coordinate care for new clients in the 484 region.
When she’s not working, you can find her spending time with her beloved deaf Chiweenie, Chance. Sarah is incredibly grateful to be part of a company that leads with love and compassion.

Buffy Fisher, Director of Marketing & Community Outreach

Buffy Fisher first worked for Home Instead as a Care Professional in 2016 and was touched by how much being with her client was like being with her favorite person, her grandmother. She re-joined Home Instead in 2021. Before joining Home Instead, Buffy worked for several retailers in leadership roles with a strong emphasis on training and leadership development. Buffy’s background and desire to help others become successful translates well to the Home Instead clients and Care Professionals. “Seniors are a treasure! They deserve to have the 1:1 attention, love and care that Home Instead provides. I am so honored to be able to help impact their lives in such a special way,” explains Buffy. When not working, Buffy enjoys spending time with her other favorite people – her grandchildren. She and her husband also enjoy being outside, gardening and reading a good book at the beach.
