• Medication Management: Our nurses will come out to set up weekly pill box and coordinate with physicians for any updates and come out to make any pill box changes
• Medication administration: Our nurses will administer medication (including hospice medication) and ensure that the right dose is taken at the right time
• Oxygen therapy: Our nurses will adjust the flowmeter setting as of the MAR or doctor’s orders
• Nail Care: Offer nail care for both hands and feet including cleaning with soap and water, soaking, applying cream and filing nails
• Wellness Visits: Provide weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly wellness visits.
