Victoria’s journey with home care has always been driven by a passion for people. She spent over five years working as a CNA, supporting clients throughout the Lowcountry. After exploring other career paths, Victoria eventually returned to home care with a renewed sense of purpose, stepping into her role as Director of Caregiver Experience here at Home Instead.
