Celebrate this July 4th at the Town of Summerville’s annual Fireworks and Freedom Festival! The festival will take place at Gahagan Park (184 W Boundary St, Summerville, SC 29485), and promises an evening full of live music, food, and a spectacular fireworks show to end the night with a bang.
Along with the fireworks, there will be a kid’s zone for the little ones to enjoy, and plenty of food to keep everyone satisfied. Bring lawn chairs, blankets, and personal coolers to stay comfortable during the festivities. Just remember to leave large coolers, pets, and grills at home.
Parking is limited at the park, but there are shuttle services available to make it easy to get to the event. The shuttle will pick up at the Town Hall parking lot at 200 S. Main St., running continuously from 5 to 10pm.
