At Home Instead, we also take pride in spotlighting opportunities in the community that bring people together. This fall, the Soddy-Daisy Library has planned an evening dedicated to the art of sourdough.
On Wednesday, October 29th at 6:30pm, head to the Soddy-Daisy Community Library, 9619 Dayton Pike, for a hands-on sourdough bread baking class, led by Sam and Barbie, the “sourdough whisperers.” This workshop will guide participants through everything from making a starter to mastering baking techniques. Plus, you will take home your very own sourdough starter and a loaf ready to bake. Tickets are $10 and will be available beginning October 21st.
With fall in full swing, this is the perfect chance to learn a timeless skill and spend an evening in good company.
