CAREGIVER- DAY SHIFTS

Summer is wrapping up! Kids are off to school, college is starting, and additional income that works with your schedule is helpful. August and September are wonderful times to explore new options for yourself. Moms and students benefit from our line of work and many thrive at this due to it's planned schedules. Moms- we offer short shifts between picking up kids at school. Students- we offer evening and morning shifts that match your school schedules.

Interested in working daytime shifts that fit into your schedule? We work hard to plan shifts out and set firm schedules so that you know exactly what is being asked of you for shifts. This allows you to enjoy working here while also meeting your other obiligations.

Professional experience NOT required, but we are looking for trainable and creative candidates. Starting Wage: $11-13/Hour (dependent on client type). No one hours shifts! Our minimum for each shift is 4 hours, making getting your hours for the week a lot easier!

  • Daytime shifts: 4 hour shifts such as 9 AM-1 PM, 10 AM-2 PM, or 1:30-5:30 PM
  • Day shifts for specific clients such as 10 AM- 7 PM with weekend availability
  • Potential morning shifts for skilled caregivers: 7 AM- 3 PM with weekend availability
  • Great schedule for those looking for supplemental income
  • Our work will mainly be on the west side of El Paso
  • Our average Care Professional works any where between 12-25 hours per week with consistent same-day schedules based on their wants and needs

Hiring Requirements to be a Care Professional:
  • 21 years or older
  • Ability to write and speak English for caregiver communication
  • Availability to work 12 hours or more each week
  • Complete a criminal background check, DMV check, and drug screen (we are a drug-free company)
  • Possess a valid driver's license and valid auto insurance with your name listed on policy as we do drive our clients as needed
  • Passion to serve others - a true caregiver
