Adam and Ashley Worthen

Adam and Ashley Worthen, Owners

Looking to utilize their skills and expertise in a business that was both rewarding and fulfilling, Adam and Ashley Worthen became the owners of the Fort Worth area locations in December of 2023.  Combining Adam's business and sales experience with Ashley's special needs and life skills expertise, Home Instead was the perfect fit. 
 
Adam oversees the day-to-day and financial aspects of the business while working closely with the office team and Care Professionals to ensure that the standard of excellence is consistent for the client experience.  He is excited to provide services which make a difference in other's lives and contribute to the betterment of those in his community. Currently a Special Needs Teacher, Ashley continues to balance this responsibility with the operations at Home Instead until the end of the school year. Ashley's passion for care and people skills are a great fit for the Home Instead team and offer Ashley a deeply rewarding experience as well.   
 
Adam and Ashley have been blessed with 2 children, one a graduate and one a senior, whom they are extremely proud of for the impact they are making on the world around them.
In their free time, Adam and Ashley enjoy traveling with their family on new adventures, horses, rodeo/team roping, and golf. 
Kendra Bills, General Manager

Kendra Bills, Operations Manager

Kendra Bills joined the Home Instead family as our Operations Manager. She comes to us with over 10 years of management experience, 5 of those being here at Home Instead. Kendra is excited to apart of the Home Instead family. When she is not working, she likes spending time with her 2 children, Karsyn and Thomas.

Tasha Todd

Tasha Todd, Home Care Consultant

Tasha Todd has a background in healthcare and has worked on the frontlines for 17 years.   Growing up, her grandmother was her best friend, and as she aged, Tasha knew what type of care she needed in order to succeed at home for the remainder of her 93 years of life.  Tasha is an outgoing and empathetic member of our team who will go above and beyond to ensure that your loved ones are being provided with the best care possible. Tasha enjoys concerts, shopping, traveling, gardening, and being an adventurous cook and food taster. Tasha has 3 French Bulldogs that are her world, and they enjoy going to farmers' markets on the weekends when the weather permits.  Tasha is always available to assist with anything that is needed or to help with any questions or concerns. 
 
Jana Rose, Home Care Consultant

Jana Rose, Home Care Consultant

Jana Rose graduated from Tarleton State University with a bachelor's in business administration with a career background in healthcare and sales.  Jana is very genuine and empathetic, especially within the elderly population needing care with Home Instead.  Jana grew up with 5 generations of grandparents on both sides of her family and is still blessed to have 2 grandmothers thriving today.  Jana is very passionate about family and protecting those she loves, and she will do the same for your loved ones. 
In Jana's personal time she loves spending time with her family, listening to live music, playing board/card games, attending family vacations to explore new places, gardening, photography, cooking and being active with her church family and friends.  
Jana would love to direct you during this phase of life and to make sure you all are transitioning exceptionally.
Lauren Stimer

Lauren Strimer, Scheduling & Service Coordinator

Lauren received her bachelor's degree in Psychology from Florida Gulf Coast University. Some time after college, she moved to Colorado where she pursued a career in services for adults with disabilities. Lauren has experience with program coordination, caregiver training and one-on-one instruction. Making a difference in people's lives through her work is extremely important to her. 

Lauren is excited to continue impacting people in a meaningful way at Home Instead, Fort Worth.  When she is not working, Lauren enjoys walking her dog, exploring new restaurants, playing guitar and crafting.

Adrienne Marshall

Adrienne Marshall, Weekend On-Call Supervisor

Adrienne joined the Home Instead family with 12 years of experience in home health and personal care. Adrienne has dedicated many years to enhancing the well-being of clients in the Knoxville area through compassionate and personalized care. Adrienne’s career is marked by a dedication to improving quality of life and ensuring that every client receives the support they need in the comfort of their own home.

In her free time, Adrienne enjoys spending time with her two children outdoors and going for runs.
