For Home Instead Scheduling Coordinator Jessica Williams, the answers were yes. “Fidelis is eager to learn new professional caregiving skills. A good example of that fact is that he has learned to use the Hoyer lift, a specialized piece of equipment that is needed to transfer immobile clients,” Jessica said.
