IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR CAREGIVER - Bi-lingual Spanish Speaker / 12 hour shifts

Home Instead is looking for caring and compassionate Bi-Lingual Spanish speaking Caregivers to become a part of our team and join our mission of expanding the world’s capacity to care. Home Instead provides a variety of non-medical services that allow aging adults to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion. At Home Instead - Humble / Kingwood, you will be more than just a Caregiver. You will be a Care Professional (CarePro). We strive to honor and respect every CarePro for their unique gifts. Successful Care Professionals come from various backgrounds and skill levels including:

• Experienced caregivers
• People with caring hearts without caregiving experience
• Caregivers or CNAs who enjoy assisted living, or skilled nursing but want a change from a facility.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Companionship and conversation
• Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
• Medication and appointment reminders
• Alzheimer’s Care
• Ability to treat and care for aging adults and their property with dignity and respect
• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and compassionate manner
• Possess a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance (required if driving clients)

*No previous experience necessary - skills training provided by Home Instead*

We have a variety of shifts available including 12-hour overnight shifts, weekends, and 4hr, 8hr, 12 hr day shifts. Specifically we are looking for individuals who are bi-lingual and can fluidly speak both English and Spanish.
