Care Professional Responsibilities
As a Home Instead Care Professional, you will:
Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations.
Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands.
Drive clients to appointments and social activities.
Offer medication reminders.
Support clients with grooming, bathing, toileting, incontinence care, and transfers.
Qualifications
We’re looking for individuals who are:
Compassionate and respectful toward seniors.
Friendly, patient, and great communicators.
Comfortable working around pets.
Able to pass background checks, DMV records check, and drug screening.
In possession of a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a Social Security card.
Experienced in caregiving (preferred but not required—we provide training!).
