Chase & Taylor Crenwelge, Owners
Husband and wife team Chase and Taylor Crenwelge purchased the Plano, Texas franchise on March 1, 2025. Chase Crenwelge is an attorney who earned his law degree and MBA simultaneously at Southern Methodist University in Dallas in 2021. As a Registered Nurse (RN) with a background in trauma and emergency medicine, and orthopedic care, Taylor has seen firsthand the struggles seniors face. Her background and experience have fueled her passion for the kind of quality home care that Home Instead provides.
“It has long been a goal of Taylor and mine to own our own business, and home care offered a unique opportunity to combine our skill sets. It also offered the opportunity to do work that we felt made a difference,” said Chase
Taylor said the goal of their business is to be the best in-home senior care agency in the Dallas-Fort Worth area while providing the highest level of care to seniors. “Another goal of mine will be to ensure the Care Professionals who work for us feel as though they are more valued than they’ve been in any previous job . . . My dad always encouraged the ‘Golden Rule’ to treat others as you wish to be treated and it has never failed me.”
Chase’s favorite work credo is “pour into your people first. Fulfilled people do great work and, in this business, great work means great care. The better care we provide, the more we can grow and the more seniors we can reach. It all comes full circle.”
In their spare time both Taylor and Chase enjoy staying physically active, Taylor enjoys CrossFit while Chase enjoys jiu jitsu. Taylor and Chase’s family includes two “spoiled” pups: Juneau, a Husky rescue, and Ellie, “the golden retriever princess!”

Cinnamon Wallace, Quality Assurance Coordinator
Cinnamon is a kindhearted, lovely person with almost 35 years of experience in a variety of roles throughout the Caregiving Industry. Early in her career, she helped implement a Preventative Behavioral Management Program for seniors with dementia and autism with an emphasis on memory care. At the state school and through this program, she developed a passion for working with the senior community. Over the past several years, she has worked in local senior living communities and organizations as a personal caregiver, activities director and marketing coordinator. Everywhere she goes she strengthens the programs and pours genuine love and care into the seniors she so willingly serves.
She is a mother to three wonderful children, and an incredible caregiver to her special needs sister, Lorri whom she has the privilege of living with and taking care of right here in McKinney. One of their favorite things is to go shopping and out to eat on Saturdays, and Mexican food is always the top choice when deciding where to dine. Cinnamon loves her family, her cats and working with the senior community. We are so blessed to have as a part of the team. She ALWAYS has a smile on her face, kind words to say and absolutely brings an incredible amount of knowledge, insight and expertise to the Quality Assurance Coordinator position here at our Plano Home Instead Office.

Kelly Spawn, Scheduling Coordinator
Kelly first joined our Home Instead family as a Caregiver. After just a few short months of delivering exceptional care, Kelly quickly joined our office staff as our Administrative Assistant. She was recently promoted to her current responsibility as Scheduling Coordinator. "I really enjoy working closely with our clients and our caregivers to ensure that we've got a 100% match. I work hard to align the personality of the client and family with the caregiver first, as that is the basis of care. Once the caregiver establishes a trusting relationship with a client as a foundation, they are in a good position to provide exemplary care. Bottom line, I love working with people, and this role gives me the opportunity to work with our awesome clients and fantastic Caregivers on a daily basis."
Kelly attended both East Texas State University and Remington College Medical Assisting program. She has an extensive background in Home Health Care, Phlebotomy and surgical tech work.
A home grown Texan, Kelly is very family oriented. In her spare time she likes to spend quality time at home with her children and grandchildren. Kelly is known to whip up a mean treat in the kitchen "An Apron is just a cape on backwards".

Amanda Ross, Care Pro Advocate
Amanda was born and raised in Alexandria, Louisiana. After her grandfather passed away in 1996, she moved to Longview, Texas to be closer to her grandmother. Amanda went to Kilgore College to start her Associates degree in IT, and shortly after she married she moved to Fort Worth for 15 years where she worked in Property/Office Management for almost 10 years. Amanda first worked for Home Instead in Fort Worth beginning in 2012. This is when she realized that her whole life centered around being a Caregiver. Growing up with her grandparents, helping them as they aged, made a significant impression on her.
Amanda currently lives in Wylie with her 11-year-old son and their “pupper” Chippy. She spends a lot of family time with her sister/best friend and her family. They do crafty things, cook/bake and have fun together. Otherwise, Amanda is busy with her son’s sports, boy scouts and Church.
Her favorite thing about working at Home Instead is that she is able to help and give back to seniors and their families; to help them to age with respect and dignity. Her experience with her two grandmothers that had Alzheimer’s, gave her an understanding of the challenges of the horrible disease. She is able to share that knowledge by teaching our Care Pros the Dementia training developed by our corporate office in partnership with the Alzheimer’s Association.
When asked about how it feels to work for Home Instead, Amanda replied, “Our family here at Home Instead is tight, we all support each other and are bound by a common mission, to care for seniors like we do our own family. I love what Home Instead stands for and what we do.”

Vianette Gardea, Office Administrator
Vianette was born in Colorado but moved to El Paso Texas as a young child. In 2023 she decided to move to Dallas. When she arrived in Dallas, Vianette researched different job opportunities focusing on jobs that made a difference in the lives of others. She fondly remembered the stories her mother told her when she was younger about how much she enjoyed being a Caregiver for seniors. Vianette thought that her mom was so amazing and kind to help seniors.
Vianette interviewed with Home Instead and was hired as a Caregiver in August of 2023. She quickly found out that it was deeply rewarding helping her clients and creating a special bond. She says, “Working at Home Instead has been the best thing that has happened to me!”
Vianette was such an amazing Caregiver that earlier this year she was promoted to the position of Office Administrator in the Home Instead Plano office.
She lives with her three kiddos Rai Lee 13, Ali Rae 9 and Amir 7. They love going to arcades, bowling, Six Flags and just spending time together. At home they love watching scary movies and playing board games. Some of their favorite weekend treats are chips, pizza and/or chicken wings!
