We just returned from the Home Instead Convention in Denver last week—and what an incredible experience! It was an inspiring few days filled with learning, growth, and meaningful connections with others who share a deep commitment to delivering exceptional care. The energy and passion in the room were contagious, and I walked away with fresh ideas and a renewed energy to keep improving.
I’m also incredibly honored (and humbled) to have received an award during the convention. While my name may be on it, this recognition truly reflects the incredible work of our entire team. From our compassionate caregivers who show up every day with heart, to our dedicated office staff who keep everything running smoothly—this achievement belongs to all of you.
