Mindy joined Home Instead after experiencing first-hand the challenges of dealing with long term illness and needing in home care. She understands how even a small amount of help can be a tremendous gift to a family. During a 10-year battle with Lyme Disease, Mindy and her family brought help into the home to assist with housekeeping and other duties. Bringing a stranger into the home to help out was very difficult but had a tremendous impact by lightening the burden on family members and helping Mindy heal. Mindy's goal is to use her experiences to help others get through similar situations and help them find the care and support that they need.

Mindy's strong background in quality assurance and employee training, as well as a strong drive for excellence supports her goals of providing high quality and effective care for our clients.

Ciara provides free Care Consultations with prospective clients and their families to share how we may be of assistance in their homes. She develops and maintains detailed care assessments for each of our clients to ensure the highest quality of care is provided. Her diverse background as a Care Professional, in business management and customer service gives her a unique perspective on providing high quality care for our clients. She utilizes this perspective to find solutions that benefit all parties and promote best outcomes.

In Ciara's free time, she can be found spending time with family and and her dog Drake.

Skylare utilizes her many years of caregiving experience to provide top notch and reliable schedules for our clients and Care Professionals. She strives to find an excellent fit with Care Professionals and clients to maximize their experience with Home Instead.  Skylare is very dedicated to providing reliable and quality care to those we serve. Skylare loves to spend time with her family in her spare time.

Ginny is focused on all things Care Professional! Ginny started caregiving after her family provided care for a loved one and she saw the gift of keeping a loved one at home. Ginny’s passion is taking care of our Care Pros and ensuring that they love their journey with Home Instead. Ginny ensures that Care Pros fully utilize the resources we have developed to support them as well as making sure they feel appreciated for the amazing work they do for their clients.

Lizzy’s focus is finding amazing Care Professional candidates and educating them about the amazing opportunity to be a Home Instead Care Pro. Lizzy facilitates the onboarding process for newly hired Care Pros and provides training and support after they join us. Lizzy started caregiving shortly after high school and has years of experience both in communities and as an in-home Care Professional for Home Instead. In her spare time, Lizzy enjoys spending time with her family and friends as well as her cat Petey.

Patricia started as a Care Pro with Home Instead, moved into the Lead Care Pro position and was promoted to Assistant Service Coordinator. Patricia uses her experience as a Care Pro to help support our team of Care Pros as well as help out with other duties around the office. Patricia provides on-site training, and new Care Pro introductions and makes sure our Care Pros have all the support they need to be extremely happy and successful. In her spare time, Patricia loves to spend time with her family and two dogs.

Anita started as a Care Pro with Home Instead and moved into the Lead Care Pro position. Anita uses her experience as a Care Pro to help support our team of Care Pros as well as help out with other duties around the office. Anita provides on-site training, and new Care Pro introductions and makes sure our Care Pros have all the support they need to be extremely happy and successful. In her spare time, Anita loves to spend time with her family.

Perry loves to visit the office and spread joy wherever he goes.  He is especially fond of snuggles and treats.  He volunteers a lot of his time to caring for his younger brother, a very rambunctious black lab pup named Mic.  Perry is a foody and in his spare time loves to visit the neighbors, entertain everyone he meets and of course nap like a pro!
